• Monthly Rental Fee:  $350 - $450

• Application Fee: $60

• Once approved:

  • Door Sign: $50

  • First Month's Rent

  • Security Deposit: Equal to one month's rent

  • Units can be reserved until the end of the month from when you submitted your rental application post-approval with the security deposit.

  • Subsequent Payments: Exclusively through our online portal (access provided upon lease signing).

Business Restrictions

​

We do not lease spaces to:

• Salons include but are not limited to hair (braids or styling), lashes/brows, nails, massage, or tattoo services.

• Churches or businesses that require assembly.

• Telemarketing entities.

• Businesses involved in storing or using auto parts, machinery, paint, chemicals, glues, adhesives, concrete, or sand on the premises.

 

Background Checks:

Applications from individuals with prior magistrate cases, judgments, or certain criminal histories, specifically theft, drugs, or felonies, will be declined. Applicants must furnish dispositions of any resolved cases.

 

Operating Hours:

For security reasons, tenants and vehicles should not be present in the building or on the lot after 10 p.m.
